How Much Will Your Attic or Crawl Space Project Cost?
Enter the size of the space, what you want done and what condition it is in, and the calculator returns a price range based on the jobs we do in Snohomish County and north King County. It takes about a minute. The range is a planning number; the written proposal after an inspection is the real price.
Which space?
Approximate size
Your home's ground-floor area. For a two-story home, roughly half the total living area.
What do you want done?
Options follow the space you picked. Sealing rodent entry points is counted once.

Condition
Shown when relevant to the work you picked.
ZIP code
Used to apply the area factor and confirm coverage.
What the calculator includes and leaves out
The ranges include labor, materials, disposal and cleanup. They do not include electrical repairs found during the job, structural repairs, asbestos testing or abatement, or pest control trapping. Those appear as separate lines on a proposal if they apply.
Why two houses of the same size get different prices
Three things move a price more than square footage does:
| Factor | Effect on price |
|---|---|
| Access | A crawl space under 18 inches can take 30% longer to work in than a 30-inch one |
| Contamination | Heavy rodent soiling means more bagging, more disinfection and more disposal |
| What is hidden | Vermiculite, live knob-and-tube or disconnected ducts add steps before the main work |
Calculator questions
Is this a quote?
No. It is a planning range based on typical jobs. Your proposal comes after we inspect the space in person.
Does it save my information?
Only if you choose to email the estimate or book an inspection. See our privacy policy.
What if my project is not listed?
Book an inspection and describe it on the form. If it is outside our scope, we will tell you who to call.
